Renee Fletcher

With an eye for detail and organizational skills intact, Renee Fletcher began her career as a production artist, joining the team at one of the first advertising agencies to pivot from paste-up methods to desktop publishing. She soon became an account director and senior producer, becoming the second in command for a fashion catalog agency overseeing all creative talent (models, photographers, stylists) and spearheading all production needs. As a studio manager at Macys.com, Renee was at the forefront of its newly-created e-commerce operations and quickly saw an expansion from one to twelve sets, establishing the teams necessary for its daily operations. Renee established RFCD Productions in 2014.
